1. Local Shipping (Within Egypt)

• Coverage & Fees
  Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your government 
• Delivery Timeframes
  Greater Cairo, Giza & Alexandria: 2 – 5 business days Other government: 5 – 7 business days

2. International Shipping

• Coverage & Fees Fees are calculated at checkout according to your order’s total weight and delivery destination (region & country).
• Delivery Timeframe. 7 – 10 business days

3. Exchanges & Refunds (Egypt Only)

• Available for all Egypt-based orders.
• Return shipping fees apply according to our Post‑Purchase Policy (link at checkout).

4. Important Notes

• No Deliveries on Fridays or Official Holidays:
  All shipments pause on Fridays and national/regional vacation days.
• Accurate Address & Contact:
  Please enter your full address (street, building, apartment/PO box) and a valid phone number at checkout to ensure smooth delivery.
• No Store Pickup:
  Online orders are delivered directly to the address provided; in-store pickup is not available.
